Q1: What's your warranty policy?
A1: For all the products, we have one-year warranty. All of our goods are 100% tested before delivery. In case there are unexpected damages during delivery, please do check before you sign for the package.
Q2: What's your minimum order quantity?
A2:We do not have limit on MOQ. Samples and Small orders are also welcome, but the unit price is different from the wholesale price.
Q3: What package do you use for the products?
A3: Usually we have professional retail package for the products. Customized package are also available based on certain MOQ.
Q4: Will your product work in my country?
A4: All our products are compatible to the international standards. For models like mobile phone and watch phone, please be subject to the type of network in your country (the band).
Q5: Can I print my own brand logo on your product?
A5: OEM orders are highly welcome. Please write us the details of your logo color, logo position, user manual and box design (if you have) when you send us a inquiry. In this way we can offer you efficient answer at the first time.
Q6: What's your charger standard? Are they available in my country?
A6: Usually we have EU plug, US plug, UK plug and AU plug. Please write us your charger standard when send us the inquiry.
Q7:Do you accept dropshipping?
A7: Yes, dropshipper customers are also welcome.
Q8: Do you have technical instructions if I buy your product?
A8: Please read the user manual carefully for your reference, we have detail instruction on it. If your problems still can not be solved, welcome to contact us for help. We will send you update software regularly if you need.
Q9: What payment terms do you have?
A9: For small orders, we usually prefer Paypal and Western Union; for bulk order, we charge 30% deposit and will ship goods out after the 70% balance are received.
